Electronic Control Enclosure

The electronic control enclosure is a protective housing for control and electrical components. It helps protect sensitive electrical parts from external damage. Our product is widely used in elevators, escalators, textile machinery, and energy storage systems. For standard indoor applications, we use SGCC galvanized cold-rolled steel. For wet or outdoor applications, we recommend SUS304 stainless steel. Side and back panels use sheets with a thickness of 1.2 to 1.5 mm. Door frames and load-bearing areas use sheets with a thickness of 1.5 to 2.0 mm. Cold-rolled steel surfaces undergo degreasing and electrostatic powder coating. The standard color is grey RAL 7035. Stainless steel surfaces receive a brushed anti-oxidation treatment.

This electronic control enclosure is designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to +45°C. The relative humidity should remain below 85% with no condensation. The installation altitude should not exceed 1,000 meters. We offer both wall-mounted and floor-standing types. Common wall-mounted sizes include 800 × 600 × 250 mm, 900 × 700 × 300 mm, and 1,000 × 800 × 300 mm. The common floor-standing size is 1,200 × 700 × 350 mm. Our bending equipment maintains angle tolerances within ±0.5 degrees. Our welding team produces clean and strong weld seams. We also support custom sizes. You only need to provide drawings or specifications.
