Stable Foundation for Heavy Equipment
The sheet metal base provides a strong foundation for heavy machinery and equipment. Its rigidity directly affects installation stability and equipment performance. Our sheet metal base is available in light-duty, standard, and heavy-duty configurations for different load requirements. We use SPCC cold-rolled steel or SGCC galvanized steel for standard indoor applications. We recommend SUS304 stainless steel for wet environments and public transport escalators. Light-duty bases use 2.0 mm sheet metal. Standard machine bases use 2.5 to 3.0 mm sheets. Heavy-duty drive bases use 3.0 to 5.0 mm sheets. Cold-rolled steel receives phosphating and electrostatic powder coating. The standard finish is RAL 7035 grey. Galvanized steel receives passivation, while stainless steel receives a brushed finish.
Reinforced Structure for Better Rigidity
Our sheet metal base uses one-piece bending or steel plate welding according to the application. Heavy-duty models can include reinforcing ribs, flanges, and folded edges. These structural features improve rigidity and help reduce deformation under load. We can add mounting holes for equipment fixing, drainage, cable routing, and floor anchors. The hole position tolerance can reach ±0.5 mm. The overall flatness is controlled within 2/1000. Our experienced fabrication team works with large bending and welding equipment. We can process different sheet sizes and thicknesses according to your drawings. We also accept small-batch orders and customized designs.
