Axial Yarn Winding Machine

Winding is an important step in silk weaving preparation. It rewinds raw silk from small bobbins into larger packages, preparing the yarn for subsequent doubling and twisting processes. Our axial yarn winding machine uses a double-sided, single-layer horizontal design. It is easy to operate and provides high production efficiency. The machine is available in three spindle configurations: 60, 84, and 120 spindles. The line speed ranges from 170 to 590 m/min. The traverse stroke can be adjusted between 165 and 210 mm. The large cylindrical cam helps form uniform packages and supports smooth unwinding. The maximum package capacity ranges from 500 to 600 grams.

Our workshop covers more than 100,000 square meters and is equipped with numerous CNC bending and punching machines. We manufacture the sheet metal covers in-house.
