Silk Double Twist Machine

Twisting adds twist to raw silk to improve yarn strength and handle. The right twist gives the yarn better body and performance. Our silk double twist machine has 288 spindles with a spindle gauge of 192 mm. It is designed for high-efficiency industrial production. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 9,000 r/min. The twist level can be adjusted from 300 to 4,000 twists per meter. The package capacity is 380 g per spindle. The supply tube size is Φ40 × Φ85 × L150, while the take-up tube size is Φ70 × Φ120 × L120. The effective stroke is 120 mm. These specifications help maintain even tension and form well-shaped packages.
