Flexible Rapier Loom

The flexible rapier loom is designed for weaving a wide range of yarns and fabrics. It uses a flexible rapier tape for weft insertion. This design provides good adaptability during high-speed weaving. Our flexible rapier loom offers reed widths from 1.65 to 4.6 meters. The maximum weft insertion rate reaches 920 m/min. The weaving speed ranges from 200 to 350 rpm. The machine also features 8-color electronic weft selection. The weft density ranges from 3 to 80 picks/cm. The yarn count range covers NM2 to 15D. The installed power is 4.8 kW.
