Specialized Design for Towel Weaving
Towel weaving requires specialized equipment. It requires precise control of loop height and changes in weft density. Our terry towel rapier loom is designed specifically for towel mills. It can produce high-quality towels, bath towels, and beach towels. The reed width series covers 1.65 to 2.8 meters. The maximum weft insertion rate is 750 m/min. The weaving speed ranges from 240 to 320 rpm. The machine uses an 8-color electronic weft selection system. The main weft density ranges from 10 to 30 picks per centimeter. The jacquard weft density can be adjusted from 1 to 5 times the main weft density.
Stable Tension and Loop Control
This terry towel rapier loom uses electronic frequency-conversion let-off with mechanical take-up to help maintain stable warp tension. Loop formation is controlled by cloth movement. The movement distance can be adjusted from 4 to 20 mm. The upper warp beam for pile warp has a flange diameter of φ800 mm. The lower warp beam for ground warp has a flange diameter of φ600 mm. The installed power is 6.74 kW. Our ISO 9001 quality management system covers the design and production of this loom. We also have a dedicated technical team to provide process support.
