Smooth Rope Guidance for Elevators
Elevator guide wheels redirect steel ropes within the elevator system. They are mounted on machine room support beams. Our elevator guide wheels are available in HT250 cast iron or MC nylon. MC nylon is lighter and produces less operating noise, making it suitable for high-speed elevators. The outer diameter is available in 320, 360, 400, 420, 450, 500, and 540 mm. The groove count ranges from 4 to 8 grooves. The U-shaped groove has a radius slightly larger than the rope radius. Available bearing models include 6210, 6212, 6213, and 6215. The shaft diameter ranges from Ø50 to Ø65 mm.
