Elevator Car Pulley

The elevator car pulley is mounted on top of the elevator car and serves as a key component of the traction system. It supports the car load and guides the path of the steel ropes. Our elevator car pulley is made from HT250 cast iron, which provides good wear resistance and fatigue strength. The outer diameter is available in 320, 330, 400, 420, 450, and 540 mm. The rope groove count ranges from 4 to 8 grooves. The groove radius is approximately 0.5 mm larger than the rope radius. Bearing models are matched to the pulley size and include 6210, 6213, 6215, 6313, and 6315. The shaft diameter ranges from Ø50 to Ø70 mm.
