Private Residence Elevators

Our private residence elevators are designed to follow the same applicable national standards as home and villa elevator systems. We offer various drive options to meet different residential requirements. Traction drive is the most common choice in the market. The elevator uses a permanent magnet gearless motor. Steel ropes or belts work together with a counterweight to provide traction. The rated speed ranges from 0.3 to 0.4 m/s. Available load capacities are 250 kg, 320 kg, and 400 kg. The installation dimensions can be adapted to different residential layouts. The standard pit depth is 300 to 500 mm, while shallow-pit designs can reduce the pit depth to as little as 150 mm. The required overhead clearance is 2,700 to 2,800 mm or more. The minimum shaft size is approximately 1,300 × 1,300 mm.

This private residence elevators product is designed for quiet operation. Cabin noise is maintained at only 40 to 48 dB. The traction system can provide better energy efficiency than hydraulic systems. The elevator is equipped with multiple safety features, including normally closed brakes, a speed limiter, safety gear, and an ARD emergency rescue system.
