High End Residential Elevators

Our high end residential elevators follow the same basic standards as our home elevator systems. We have also specifically developed a screw-drive option for villa applications. This design is a practical choice for homes with limited space or for retrofitting older buildings. A motor rotates a nut along a vertical screw to move the elevator. The system features a mechanical self-locking function, which helps prevent unintended downward movement during a power failure. The rated speed ranges from 0.15 to 0.30 m/s. Although this speed is lower, it provides smooth and controlled operation. Available load capacities are 260 kg, 320 kg, and 400 kg.

The installation requirements are a major advantage of this high end residential elevators product. The required pit depth is only 50 to 100 mm, and no-pit installation is also available. The required overhead height is only 2,200 mm. The minimum shaft size is 900 × 900 mm. This design makes efficient use of available space. The elevator does not require a counterweight, which further simplifies installation. An integrated shaft is also available as an option. Some friction noise may occur during operation, but it remains within an acceptable level. Our R&D team has made localized improvements to the screw-drive technology and adjusted the motor control settings for residential power conditions in China.
