External Domestic Lifts

External domestic lifts are exposed to sunlight, rain, and temperature changes. Our external domestic lifts product uses upgraded materials and protective features for outdoor applications. It is designed to meet applicable national safety requirements for home elevators. The rated load is up to 400 kg, and the rated speed is up to 0.40 m/s. The maximum lifting height is up to 12 meters. The car floor area is limited to 2.4 square meters. We recommend a screw-drive system for outdoor applications because it offers good adaptability to different building conditions. The required pit depth is only 50 to 100 mm, and no-pit installation is also available. The required overhead height is only 2,200 mm. The minimum shaft size is 900 × 900 mm.

The mechanical self-locking function is particularly important for outdoor applications. During a power failure or other electrical interruption, this external domestic lifts product uses a mechanical self-locking function to help prevent unintended downward movement. We use SUS304 stainless steel and hot-dip galvanized plates for metal components. All exposed electrical components have an IP54 or higher protection rating.
