Home elevators are becoming increasingly common in modern residential buildings. Our home elevators residential line is designed to meet applicable national safety requirements. The rated load is up to 400 kg, and the rated speed is up to 0.40 m/s. The maximum lifting height is 12 meters, making the system suitable for buildings of up to six floors. The car floor area is limited to 2.4 square meters. Passenger capacity is calculated based on 75 kg per person, typically allowing 2 to 5 people. We offer a traction drive system with a permanent magnet gearless motor. Steel ropes or belts work together with a counterweight to provide efficient operation.
Flexible Installation and Quiet Operation
Our home elevators residential products offer flexible installation options for different building conditions. The standard pit depth is 300 to 500 mm, while shallow-pit designs with depths as low as 150 mm are also available. The required overhead clearance is at least 2,700 to 2,800 mm. The minimum shaft size is approximately 1,300 × 1,300 mm. Power supply options include single-phase AC 220 V and three-phase 380 V. Cabin noise is maintained between 40 and 48 dB. Safety features include normally closed brakes, a speed limiter, safety gear, and an emergency rescue system. We also offer various cabin finishes to match different home styles.
Complete In-House Production and Service Network
Our factory operates a complete home elevator production line. We handle structural welding, sheet metal fabrication, and final assembly in our own workshops.
