Silk Fabric Rapier Loom

Our silk fabric rapier loom is designed for versatile weaving applications in silk mills. The available reed widths cover a wide range, with the series covering widths from 1.65 to 3.8 meters. This range meets the requirements of various silk fabric production applications. The maximum weft insertion rate reaches 860 m/min. The weaving speed ranges from 200 to 320 rpm. We install an 8-color electronic weft selection device to support flexible color changes for multi-color fabrics. The weft density ranges from 3 to 80 picks per centimeter. The yarn count range covers 300D to 15D. The main motor power is 4.8 kW.
